We hope you will consider exhibiting at this year’s Virginia Environmental Assembly (VEA). VEA will be held on Saturday, October 25 at Center in the Square in Roanoke. VEA is sponsored by the Virginia Conservation Network (VCN) to focus public attention on environmental issues of concern to Virginians.

Several hundred people are expected to attend VEA. Exhibiting and sponsoring at VEA is an excellent opportunity for networking with conservationists, government officials, and individuals representing commercial interests.

Exhibits must be educational, environmental, and nonpartisan. VCN reserves the right to reject exhibits that do not meet its criteria. Exhibitors who sign up by August 29 will be listed in promotional materials.

We are offering some additional sponsorship opportunities this year: Friday reception ($1,000), brochures ($1,000), programs ($250), and coffee ($250). The organizations sponsoring these activities will be announced at the opening session and will be prominently displayed.
